With over twenty five years in the health and fitness industry, I began my career as an instructor at Sierra Nevada College in Lake Tahoe, teaching weight lifting, nutrition, racquetball, and squash classes. In the year that followed, I obtained a B.A. in Humanities with minors in psychology and literature, as well as certifications as a fitness trainer, fitness therapist, and specialist in performance nutrition through the International Sports Sciences Association.

Over the years, I have worked closely with physicians, chiropractors, and physical therapists, training clients with diabetes, cancer, M.S., cardiac patients, stroke recovery, fibromyalgia, arthritis, and high cholesterol & blood pressure issues.

My philosophy is simple: There are no quick fixes, but with time and dedication, I can help you make a difference in your life. Whether you are trying to lose weight or gain muscle hiring a certified professional who is up to date on the latest exercise techniques is the key to success.

As an experienced professional, I can insure you will: reduce the risk of exercise-related injuries, work at the optimum level for your body type, help overcome training plateaus, and receive sound nutritional advice.
